Description

Your trainers will be either Andrew Love or Matt stone, who have extensive experience within driver training. With over 40 years’ experience between them, they both Grade A ADI’s and have been training both ADIs & PDIs across the country for many years.

This is a one-day course that would usually be delivered in Kettering. Other locations are available on request.

The session will be with up to 3 delegates

The in-car session will include,

Updating of the latest Standards Check Operating Procedures

Development of the ADI skills, including fault ID, analysis and remedial training.

Development of teaching skills, Q and A, listening, rapport and lesson planning skills.

The use of the Fault Fixer Routine and the Sliding Scale of Support to get an immediate response from the driver/learner.

Feedback for self-development and the development of student drivers

Coaching conversations using GROW and essential coaching skills

The programme comes with 12 months access to an online course to accompany the in-car sessions, worth £350

You will receive a session workbook with tips and routines to help you develop your ADI skills.
