As a trainer, understanding what your learner knows will help you target what to teach. Helping the learners discover what they do and don’t know is essential to improving the efficiency of the learning process.

It is essential to help the learners reflect on their performance when teaching. Your questioning skills are also necessary to maximise their learning.

Recognising when & how to use questions will help your drivers understand situations & how to improve their skills.

I’ll help you recognise how to use questions efficiently and effectively using my easy techniques. I’ll use the learners’ answers to confirm what they do and don’t know.

During the session, I’ll examine how to improve your questioning skills using simple techniques & strategies.
